The Service
Viral Carousel helps you run faceless TikTok photo-carousel accounts. Based on the niche, tone, and schedule you set, we research topics, write the carousel copy, render branded image slides, and, where you have connected and authorized a TikTok account, publish the finished carousels to it on your behalf. Outcomes such as views or follower growth are never guaranteed.
Subscriptions and Billing
A few things to know about paid plans:
1. Plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe.
2. You can cancel anytime in the customer portal, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. EU and UK consumers have a 14-day right to cancel, which may be reduced once you ask us to start the Service immediately.
4. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.
Accounts and Acceptable Use
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login and any connected-account access secure. You may not use the Service to create or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or that violates the rights of others, and you may not misuse, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
TikTok and Third-Party Platforms
The Service connects to TikTok through TikTok's official APIs. When you connect a TikTok account, you authorize us to act on it only as needed to provide the Service, such as identifying the account and publishing the carousels you configure. You can revoke this access at any time from TikTok or by disconnecting in your dashboard. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own terms, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mango Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes, Termination and Governing Law
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the Last Updated date above, and continued use of the Service means you accept them. You may stop using the Service at any time, and we may suspend or end access for breach or where the law requires it. These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
